he Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. They coordinate with multiple stakeholders to track project progress, analyze risks, and suggest mitigation strategies. The role involves detailed planning, forecasting, and reporting to support effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Define project scope, work breakdown structures (WBS), deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to gather project data and update schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
  • Perform critical path analysis and resource loading.
  • Generate progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast project timelines and budgets, highlighting potential deviations.
  • Assist in preparing extension of time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings to present scheduling and planning updates.
  • Support cost control and budgeting efforts in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
