We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to join our team in Lipa. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a group of Collection Representatives, ensuring that performance targets are met while fostering a professional and positive work environment.

Your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will play a key role in maintaining service excellence and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define performance targets and develop actionable plans for achievement.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives to support continuous professional growth.
  • Address and resolve workplace concerns effectively, promoting a collaborative and respectful environment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the team and clients, ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present performance reports highlighting key achievements and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in a customer service or collections environment, with a background in leadership or team management
  • Strong understanding of customer service operations and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide teams to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools
  • Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and client requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
