Role Mission
As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and engagement for  by Robinsons Land. This role involves presenting flexible workspace offerings to potential clients, managing leads and client data, conducting due diligence, preparing service agreements, and coordinating move-ins. You will support marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants, ensuring a seamless and professional leasing experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years experience in real estate, flexible workspace, or a similar field is an advantage but not required
  • Working knowledge of leasing practices or experience dealing with tenants, contractors, or brokers is a plus
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities, with a proactive approach to client engagement
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Outgoing and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas
