Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Executing and completing tasks set by Operations Manager
  • Assisting and helping oversee day-to-day order fulfillment of the shop Ensuring logistic partners are properly notified in case of pick-up delays
  • Reporting daily product and supply levels to Inventory Management Manager
  • Providing pre-sale support to customers

Skills:

  • Experience in a business work environment preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work Set-up:

-Must report to the office in Makati City

Work schedule

-Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm
