Product Sales Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Test and Measurement, Calibration, or HVAC/R instrumentation fields.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex measurement and calibration products.

Valid driving license with willingness to travel regularly for client visits and field demonstrations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building long-term customer relationships.

Customer-focused with problem-solving skills to address client technical queries and needs.

Self-motivated, target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Proficiency with CRM software is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned product and market segment.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.

Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales orders effectively.

Provide after-sales support, when required.

Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
