Product Management Associate - Onsite/night shift / Project based

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate Product Management Associate to support our functional stakeholders in the EMEA region. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience in product management and engineering within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up EMEA SKUs for finished and non-finished goods.
  • Validate and monitor Sample Request Forms for color, sales, marketing, and test samples.
  • Work closely with merchandising, logistics, and account management teams to track progress.
  • Prepare and submit VBOM/BOM2 requests.
  • Support packaging development and digital asset management.
  • Manage product updates, replacement parts files, and shared drives.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy of product and sales samples in the 3PL warehouse.
  • Assist in creating marketing assets (catalogs, images, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical course, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or a similar role in consumer goods.
  • Experience in master data management, PLM systems, and product development.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Centrix PLM, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
