Support timekeeping, payroll preparation, and employee relations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Manage office supplies, clinic permits/licenses, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with government and healthcare regulations.
Coordinate schedules, correspondence, and general office operations.
Support marketing campaigns and promotions to increase patient engagement.
Assist in building partnerships with healthcare providers and organizations
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Able to adapt quickly to changing schedules and reassignments
Financial Skills:
Assist in monitoring daily cash flow, collections, and disbursements.
Support preparation of financial reports and budget monitoring.
Coordinate with accountants for compliance in billing and taxation
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation.
