Construction Manager

- Oversee the execution of the assigned project from start to completion and ensure that the project is in schedule and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage the team to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship, conducting regular inspections to ensure that the project meets required quality standards.
- Regularly monitor project progress against established milestones and provide report updates to relevant stakeholders. This includes tracking productivity, schedule adherence, and cost variance. Ensure timely completion of all post-construction activities including occupancy permits and turnover.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
2.With at least 10 years of experience in Construction Management and 10 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
- Understanding of construction regulations and standards.
4.Proven track record of successful project delivery.
