GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Marketing Management, Architecture or Engineering.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a Sales & Marketing, preferably with an experience in Construction industry in an advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work/report in Danao, Cebu.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • To visit existing and prospective Customers/Clients in order to enhance business relationship, develop and conduct feedback mechanism among existing clients.
  • Identifies and acquires new business opportunities and Construction.
  • Represents the Company in pre-bid/bid conferences for new projects.
  • Acts as first point of contact with prospective clients.
  • Handles pre-qualification and accreditation requirements for new projects/clients.
  • Represents the Company in selected external functions.
  • Conceptualizes and executes marketing, PR and brand-related activities for the Company to expand ACI network and improve corporate image.
  • Conducts regular post-construction reviews and provides feedback to Operations through to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Entertains and liaises with existing and prospective clients on a regular basis to enhance relationships.
  • To support the Engineering Services personnel in developing/preparing competitive proposals.
  • To assist Accounting & Finance in determining status of credit and collection on specific Customer/Client.
  • Develop business alliances with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors to acquire new business.
  • To attend management meetings as required.
  • To undertake any reasonable duties that may be required by the immediate superior.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the General Manager and Higher Management.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Resourceful, creative and ingenious.
  • Must be computer literate ( MS Word, Exel, Powerpoint)
  • Can work without direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good in writing and listening skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
