Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering field preferably in Mechanical.
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Must be Computer Literate ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Can work without direct supervision, Knows basic clerical duties, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Good in writing and listening skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Good organization skills
  • Candidate must be willing to work in DANAO, CEBU.
  • With experience in Construction Firm is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Review and interprets blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and construction.
  • Prepares technical construction specifications and methodologies.
  • Prepares preliminary construction schedules.
  • Conducts surveys to gather field data.
  • Supervises daily construction activities and ensures works are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
  • Reports and submits daily to the Construction Manager daily activity and accomplishment reports
  • Interprets plans and estimate actual material take-off for requisitions
  • Coordinates with Construction Manager to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and clarifies design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time
  • Prepares billing requirements
  • Ensures quality of workmanship
  • Organizes workload to ensure deadlines are met; schedules work assignments in order of priority and date received
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager & Higher Management.
  • with Background in Mechanical, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary works

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
