Kickstart your IT career in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Support global users, work with real-world systems, and build hands-on experience that goes beyond basic ticket handling.

IT By Design is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst who is eager to learn, comfortable troubleshooting, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing IT support role. If you want structured training, exposure to multiple technologies, and experience supporting international clients, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Support users across different time zones and global environments
  • Document incidents, solutions, and escalations accurately
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
  • Deliver professional, timely support while meeting SLA expectations

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 1.6 years of experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Technical Support
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Windows OS
  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory
  • Basic networking concepts
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Willing to work night shift and 100% onsite in BGC
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced support environment
  • IT certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus but not required
