ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare and generate accurate and competitive quotations based on technical drawings, client specifications, and input from the sales and engineering teams.

· Communicate with clients to understand their metal fabrication requirements, clarify project details, and provide timely sales documentation.

· Assist sales agents in the preparation of proposals by verifying material specifications, costing, and lead times.

· Maintain and update sales data using Excel and internal systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and real-time tracking of quotation status.

· Review and analyze sales transactions to ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, material standards, and production capabilities.

· Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics departments to validate feasibility, costing, and delivery timelines.

· Handle accreditation and documentation requirements for new and existing clients specific to the metal fabrication industry.

· Maintain organized records of quotations, technical correspondence, and client communications for traceability and reference.

· Prepare sales reports and assist in monitoring sales performance indicators as required by the Sales Manager.

· Support the sales team in administrative functions and other related tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· 1 year minimum of experience in sales administration.

SKILLS

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or sales tracking systems.

· Basic understanding of fabrication materials, production processes, and technical drawings (an advantage).

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Good coordination and follow-through with internal departments.

· Familiarity with client accreditation requirements in manufacturing industries.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
