Local Purchasing Supervisor

Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Fully Booked Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the local buying team
  • Review and monitor supplier performance
  • Work with the team to grow sales and expand the selection of items offered
  • Work with the marketing team to promote the local categories via events, posts etc
  • Work closely with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on inventory and delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and supplier networks
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong ethical and decision-making skills
