POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (SENIOR MANAGER LEVEL)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Organizational Development
- Design and implement organizational development programs that support employee growth and development.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to address skill gaps.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, team building, and performance management.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.
HR Strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 5 - 7 Years of experience in Recruitment and Organizational Development.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and organizational development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in HR software and tools.
