Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team and manage the full-cycle hiring process. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment – from crafting job postings and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. This is not an entry-level position; prior recruiting experience is required, as we need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and adapts quickly. If you're confident in your recruiting skills and ready to contribute from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for various positions, including writing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding of new hires.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and specific job requirements, ensuring we target and select the right talent for each role.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and attract qualified candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms like Facebook, referrals, etc.), building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain and organize the applicant database/pool. Track candidate progress and keep detailed records of interactions, ensuring no candidate falls through the cracks.
- Interview Coordination & Candidate Communication: Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently. Communicate with candidates in a timely, professional manner at every stage (sending invitations, feedback, next steps), providing a positive candidate experience.
- Employer Branding Support: Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives – for example, by promoting our company's values and culture in communications and representing the company positively to potential candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities follow our company's hiring policies and any relevant employment laws or regulations, upholding a high standard of ethics and confidentiality throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR support roles. (You should be familiar with recruiting processes and able to contribute immediately.)
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with strong English fluency (written and spoken). You can effectively engage candidates and hiring managers, and represent the company professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You can juggle multiple open positions and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines for hiring goals.
- Tech & Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with common job posting platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS software). Able to quickly learn new systems and use them efficiently.
- Independence & Initiative: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You take ownership of your tasks and can make sound decisions to keep the hiring process moving.
- Professionalism: High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. Experience handling sensitive candidate information and providing a respectful, inclusive hiring experience.
Requirements (Technical & Remote Work):
- Equipment: A dedicated Windows PC (not a shared device) with up-to-date security and software.
- Internet: Stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting VoIP calls (for phone/video interviews and team meetings).
