Duties and responsibilities:
· Accountable for the timely updating of – Sales Order Booking, Sales Invoicing, Report Generation
· Assists, provides support and collaborates with field sales in achieving monthly targets.
· Assists field sales in managing existing and new client queries, requests, orders and/or bookings.
· Assists field sales in managing customer complaints and ensures resolution within agreed timelines.
· Maintains a harmonious relationship with Sales Team, clients and suppliers.
· Conduct Telesales, Market survey thru phone calls and assist in processing online queries (Web and Social Media) and orders.
· Monitor stocks, processes and prepares purchase requisitions to suppliers.
· Collates 3 month rolling sales forecast, monitors and ensures that requirements are communicated with principal.
· Coordinates internally to ensure that all sales bookings are delivered on time and as scheduled and that the WEEKLY DELIVERY PLAN is achieved.
· Monitors warehouse inventories and stocks. Coordinates out of stock scenario internally and externally.
· Participates in various activities (e.g. meetings, training, etc.) for the purpose of receiving and/or conveying information.
· Helps in managing MKCL social media platforms
· Submit required reports such as monthly sales/activity report, customer survey report and other reports as directed by the employer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
