HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and notices.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Compile HR reports on attendance, leave, and headcount.
- Handle general administrative tasks including office coordination and supplies management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
