Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, assist with product selection, and provide knowledgeable guidance on Merx Prime's window films, glass solutions, and surface enhancement products.
  • Greet, interact, and monitor store activity to support loss prevention and maintain a secure showroom environment.
  • Organize, replenish, and visually present merchandise and product samples to ensure easy navigation for customers.
  • Assist customers during billing and payment processes at the store counter.
  • Communicate product availability, features, specifications, and other relevant details (e.g., heat rejection tests, film types, material benefits).
  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and visual standards through regular dusting, cleaning, and restocking of shelves and product displays.
  • Support basic record-keeping tasks such as inventory checks, documentation, and re-ordering of stock and sample materials.
  • Assist in preparing materials and displays for showroom updates, trade shows, exhibits, and promotional setups.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years experience in retail, customer service, or showroom assistance (experience in automotive, construction, or interiors is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent a premium brand.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
