Workplace Experience Manager
A Workplace Experience Manager shall take the lead in enhancing the overall employee interaction with their work environment, focusing on the digital and physical tools they utilize daily. This role is vital for ensuring that these essential resources are not only dependable and secure but also actively contribute to a positive and efficient employee journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the strategic vision, overseeing the implementation, and continuously refining how employees engage with their workplace technology and support systems, while also ensuring that underlying technical requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder of any computer related course with at least 5-10 years relevant experience user experience design and/or user research.
- Expertise in human-centered design frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in managing digital work tools for the enterprise and other workplace-related platforms.
- Knowledge in key IT practices in the areas of reliability, security, and process optimization.
- Advantageous if you have relevant IT, process, and/or UX certifications.
