Job Overview

The Digital Workplace Adoption Lead plays a crucial role in driving conglomerate-wide adoption of digital workplace and productivity technologies. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying relevant features for employees, analyzing how other companies use industry workplace solutions, and understanding current solutions' utilization and adoption/usage baselines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools.
  • Analyze how other companies use industry workplace solutions to identify opportunities for reapplication across the organization.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or implement incremental changes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for end-user inquiries and issues.
Requirements
  • Strong background in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools.
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring minimal supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and stay up-to-date with new areas of technology.
