Job Title: Global HRIS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HRIS Manager to oversee the strategic implementation of HR technologies and deploy digital solutions to enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, design thinking skills, project management skills, and a deep understanding of people processes, platforms, and apps.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of digital workplace tools including HRIS, platforms, employee portals, intranet sites, websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
  • Partnership with the People team and other departments to develop and implement web and mobile initiatives that enhance the employee E2E process from Recruitment to Offboarding.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, improve visuals and user experience navigation.
  • Development and execution of a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with business goals and employee needs.
  • Leadership of change management strategy campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive employee experience and promote adoption and self-service culture across the people services.
  • Participation in research and releases, conduct usability testing for web and mobile applications, and adjust designs based on user interaction feedback to ensure a seamless and user-friendly interface.
  • Conducting workshops, sessions, interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Conducting strategic benchmarks, compare offers, evaluate proposals, create business cases, and assist with negotiating and preparing contracts.
  • Development and implementation of a comprehensive Knowledge Management strategy to capture, organize, share, and promote Self-service culture across the organization.
  • Management and maintenance of knowledge management systems (Employee Portal, shared drives, SharePoint, hyperlinks to platforms, systems, and mobile apps).
  • Promotion of a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration through workshops, training programs, and other initiatives.
  • Presentation and defense of designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and concepts.
  • Management of multiple projects concurrently, completing them on time and within budget.
  • Tracking project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to digital content, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Development and maintenance of training documentation, guidelines.
  • Partnership with relevant stakeholders to ensure that company and local policies, rules, and guidelines are reflected in our HRIS and platforms.
  • Providing training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and platforms fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordination and management of third-party vendors and external contractors to provide, create, support, and monitor multiple transactional people services.
  • Configuration and maintenance of the HRIS system, ensuring its accuracy, efficiency, and security.
  • Development and maintenance of system and user documentation and training materials.
  • Conducting audits of HR transactions and inquiries to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Analysis of user data and adoption metrics, to identify opportunities, present findings and recommendations, propose action plans, contingency plans, new controls, training sessions, etc., to HR leadership to support decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining detailed project plans with all the dependencies and dates; owners designate project resources; prepare, monitor, and update budgets; report progress periodically; maintain a traceable record including all relevant stakeholders within the People Team.
  • Analysis of projects to improve the development and coordinate with other areas in a team effort to ensure that all problems are identified, documented, and addressed on time.
