Workplace Productivity Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in driving company-wide adoption of digital productivity technologies. The individual will be responsible for increasing employee productivity and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on the latest product roadmap and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Analyze how other companies utilize industry solutions, finding opportunities for reapplication across the organization.
  • Determine adoption / usage baselines by analyzing current solution utilization.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption / usage, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance for key activities.
  • Deploy new features or implement incremental changes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for end-user inquiries and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent level of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix).
  • 3 years of experience driving service / solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Capability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Possess a self-motivated and proactive attitude with minimal supervisory attention required.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
