Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Adoption Lead to drive the adoption of digital workplace/productivity technologies, enhancing employee productivity across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Analyze how other companies use industry workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication across our enterprise.
  • Understand current solution utilization, determining adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, involving training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requires little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
