Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in project finance, financial modeling, and mergers and acquisitions, with a strong track record in supporting complex investment decisions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies, evaluating investment opportunities, and ensuring long-term fiscal health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain comprehensive financial models, including long-term forecasts, to support investment and corporate strategies.
  • Lead valuation assessments for M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, providing detailed transaction exposure analysis.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential projects and acquisitions, identifying potential financial and operational challenges.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, analysis, and presentations for senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Support capital budgeting, funding strategies, and financial planning efforts aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project viability, analyze market trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including external consultants, financial institutions, and internal departments, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Preferred Industry Backgrounds:

  • Power and Energy (including renewable energy)
  • Infrastructure (utilities, roads, bridges, construction)
  • Investment Banking
  • Consulting Firms with a focus on Infrastructure, Energy, or Corporate Finance

Preferred Skill Set:

  • Extensive experience in project finance, with expertise in financial modeling and long-term forecasting.
  • Proven ability in M&A valuation, transaction structuring, and exposure analysis.
  • Strong background in due diligence, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership experience with managing stakeholder relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate finance, or M&A.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or similar certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex financial analyses and strategic insights.
