Manager, Project Finance

Job Description:

  • Originating, structuring, syndicating, negotiating and executing financing transactions with special focus on project financing and support establishment of project level corporate financing
  • Manage due diligence requirements of banks (including but not limited to financial projections, detailed project information, project documents, ownership structure, country and industry overviews)
  • Coordinate with partners, banks, trustees and agents in fulfilling the requirements for conditions precedents and conditions subsequent necessary to draw on financing facilities
  • Coordinate with lenders, agents and counsels in seeking waivers or amendments, as needed
  • Assist in drafting notices, memos, letters or other documents, as may be required, in relation to the financing requirements of the projects
  • Coordinate with the business development team for project updates and status
  • Reviews the financial model of projects to ensure compliance with financing terms under negotiation
  • Assist the team for project funding requirements including debt replacement/shareholder advances and bank guarantee/SBLC requirements
  • Track banking limits to ensure availability of lines needed for SBLC/BG issuances of the projects
  • Process SBLC/BG issuances and requirements of the projects
  • Establish lines as may be needed for specific equity requirements as may be determined internally
  • Perform other functions that may be required as and when necessary .

  • Proven experience in project finance, with a background in banking or other relevant industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex financial models.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal and business development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
