What You'll Do:

The Technical Recruiter - LLM/Generative AI Specialist, with a primary focus on Specialized Sourcing and Stakeholder Partnership, is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and closing highly passive, top-tier talent within the niche world of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. This role acts as a strategic partner to AI/ML Hiring Managers, advising them on market compensation and technical requirements, while owning the full-cycle recruitment process—from advanced Boolean searching to final offer negotiation—to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Specialized Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract highly passive candidates for niche roles across the LLM/Generative AI spectrum
  2. Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to AI/ML Hiring Managers, advising on market compensation, technical requirements, and the competitive landscape for LLM talent.
  3. Full-Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch, positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation and closing.
  4. Technical Screening: Conduct initial candidate screens with a foundational understanding of LLM concepts

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house), with a demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing candidates for highly technical roles (ideally software engineering, data science, or ML).
  2. Technical Acumen: Must have the ability to articulate and understand core concepts related to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and the LLM ecosystem.
  3. Sourcing & Platform Skills: Strong command of Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and demonstrated experience using online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly and confidently articulate our LLM vision and complex technical requirements to high-level candidates.
