Responsibilities:

  • Conducts inspections of newly installed Service Orders (SO) to ensure compliance with standard practices and submits substandard installations for rectification.
  • Inspects attended Fault Tickets to verify adherence to standard practices and proper implementation of OTQC.
  • Ensures all works conform to accurate material declarations to prevent mis declared or unaccounted materials.
  • Conducts regular debriefings and refresher courses on field Dos and Don'ts.
  • Provides technical training to field personnel to promote efficiency and quality in installation and repair; endorses staff requiring improvement in work quality.
  • Inspects personnel grooming, field habits, and attitudes; investigates anomalies in the workplace and recommends appropriate sanctions.
  • Addresses questions, clarifies queries, and resolves conflicts related to standard practices and procedures.
  • Receives, validates, and encodes all QA reports from the field.
  • Receives, validates, and encodes all rectification reports submitted by Area Heads and Team Leaders.
