We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Specialist with proven experience running campaigns for the construction industry or B2B markets. This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads (PPC) with the goal of generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving measurable ROI. The ideal candidate knows how to market in a competitive, project-driven industry where quality leads, credibility, and brand reputation matter.Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute ad strategies tailored for construction and B2B audiences.
- Research target segments including general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and vendors to identify high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align ad campaigns with pipeline and revenue goals.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Launch and manage PPC campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with construction professionals or B2B buyers.
- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting with precision to maximize ROI.
Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for lead quality, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Collaboration & Integration
- Work with content, creative, and website teams to ensure campaign assets are on-brand and effective.
- Share lead quality insights with sales and business development to improve targeting and conversion.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Direct experience running ad campaigns in the construction industry and B2B markets.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry buyer behavior, lead funnels, and long sales cycles.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and scale campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations.
- Skilled in A/B testing, bid optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategies.
This position is part-time with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
