Role Overview
You will be a key member of the Manatal sales team assisting in the successful acquisition of new clients. This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target potential new clients through multichannel outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct initial qualification of leads and set up meetings and product demonstrations for our customer success team management.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
- Manage relationships with key principals through frequent communication and reporting, emphasizing on an update on product market situation, and product development in the market.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, client interactions, and feedback in the CRM.
- Stay updated on Manatal's product offerings, competitor landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Other tasks as directed by the CEO or Management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
- Fluent communication in English
- Additional languages (Spanish) is a big plus
- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
- Prior experience with software solution sales or within the Recruitment industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and qualifying leads.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and prospecting tools and implementing AI prompts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
