Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations across assigned branches, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Implement and monitor company policies, operating procedures, and brand standards.
  • Review branch performance through regular store visits, reports, and audits.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen and Dining Operations Supervisors to address operational concerns promptly.

Financial Performance

  • Assist in achieving sales targets, profitability goals, and cost control measures.
  • Monitor key financial metrics (sales mix, food cost, labor cost, wastage, etc.).
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for each branch.
  • Support the implementation of local marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.

People Management

  • Supervise and guide Branch Managers and their teams across the 3 branches.
  • Ensure staffing levels, training, and scheduling meet operational requirements.
  • Coach and mentor managers and supervisors for leadership growth and performance improvement.
  • Work with HR on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.

Guest Experience

  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction across all outlets.
  • Review guest feedback, social media comments, and surveys; ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Implement service improvement programs and brand hospitality initiatives.

Administrative & Compliance

  • Ensure all branches comply with company policies, government regulations, and sanitation standards.
  • Review and approve operational reports (sales, inventory, manpower, etc.).
  • Coordinate with support departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, Maintenance).

Strategic Support

  • Provide operational insights and recommendations to the General Manager.
  • Support expansion or renovation projects as needed.
  • Lead special initiatives assigned by management.
