Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across assigned branches, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Implement and monitor company policies, operating procedures, and brand standards.
- Review branch performance through regular store visits, reports, and audits.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and Dining Operations Supervisors to address operational concerns promptly.
Financial Performance
- Assist in achieving sales targets, profitability goals, and cost control measures.
- Monitor key financial metrics (sales mix, food cost, labor cost, wastage, etc.).
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for each branch.
- Support the implementation of local marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
People Management
- Supervise and guide Branch Managers and their teams across the 3 branches.
- Ensure staffing levels, training, and scheduling meet operational requirements.
- Coach and mentor managers and supervisors for leadership growth and performance improvement.
- Work with HR on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
Guest Experience
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction across all outlets.
- Review guest feedback, social media comments, and surveys; ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Implement service improvement programs and brand hospitality initiatives.
Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure all branches comply with company policies, government regulations, and sanitation standards.
- Review and approve operational reports (sales, inventory, manpower, etc.).
- Coordinate with support departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, Maintenance).
Strategic Support
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to the General Manager.
- Support expansion or renovation projects as needed.
- Lead special initiatives assigned by management.
