We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn HR systems and onboarding processes.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge or internship experience in HR, recruitment, or onboarding is a plus.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements and documentation.
  • Assist in facilitating new hire orientations and ensure a smooth and engaging transition into the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) during onboarding.
  • Submit and track government-mandated forms and employee registrations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and department heads to ensure onboarding readiness.
  • Generate and maintain accurate onboarding reports and trackers.
  • Monitor completion of onboarding tasks and escalate delays when necessary.
  • Address new hire queries regarding benefits, compliance, and documentation.
