JOB SUMMARY

The role involves managing and overseeing training and development for healthcare BPO employees, specifically in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including AR and denial management. Responsibilities include facilitating training sessions, supervising trainers, developing training programs and materials, and ensuring training quality meets business and client standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conduct live/virtual training, workshops, and coaching sessions
  2. Act as SME for AR processes, denial resolution, and payer communication
  3. Supervise training specialists and review their output for quality
  4. Design, implement, and update onboarding and ongoing training programs
  5. Create training materials such as manuals, job aids, and workflows
  6. Analyze and report training and performance data
  7. Support QA activities and performance improvement initiatives (PEP)
  8. Attend client/management meetings and present relevant insights
  9. Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and development planning
  10. Report security incidents and support other assigned tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of any college degree
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Healthcare BPO setting
  • with 2 to 3 years combined experience as Trainer and Training lead (or an equivalent role)
  • Preferred to have an active PRC RN license (if applicable)
  • Experience in RCM- Account Receivables (AR) and Denials Management is preferred
  • Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (Training and nesting phase is onsite in Alabang Muntinlupa City) and to working US shifts
