We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help attract top talent for our client's big construction projects. You will be part of a supportive HR team, managing recruitment from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and creative strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong interviewing and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with online recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
