About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who want to kick off a long-term career in Human Resources. You will gain real exposure across recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and HR operations while being trained directly by the HR Manager. This is a hands-on, developmental role designed to build your HR foundations from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts: posting ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives such as activities, events, celebrations, and feedback surveys.
  • Help maintain and organize HR records and 201 files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support in people operations, including reports, documentation, and coordination with different departments.
  • Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR tasks and special projects, gaining exposure across multiple HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged (HR experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas (required).
