JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS:
must be at least college graduate
must have passed the medical requirement
ability to make his/her rounds for long period as part of inspection responsibility
has commitment to quality standard result
ability to manage time and resources
ability to disseminate information and dispatch personnel correctly and according to workload
ability to deal with client complaints
ability to communicate, plan and control
has quick decision-making ability
has leadership skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
has experience on all housekeeping operations and standards
knowledge on health and safety regulations and basic 1st aid
ability to train and impart knowledge to staff
ability to handle coordination meetings and required reports
Ability to maintain all housekeeping stocks
knowledge on office and commercial operations and VIP requirements
has experience in handling and supervising housekeeping staff
ability to suggest changes in work procedures and order corrective work
ability to spot check completed work to improve quality of service and ensure contract compliance
has experience in making work schedules according to weather conditions and availability of equipment and other seasonal limitations
ability to answers clients' questions about housekeeping and requirement
