Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure that our facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Train new employees in proper cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and company policies.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and place orders as necessary.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Hotel and Restaurant Management course or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety standards.
