Sales Support:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in daily operations and client communication.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders for clients.
  • Coordinate group bookings and special requests with relevant departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the client database (e.g., CRM tools).
  • Monitor and respond to email and phone inquiries promptly.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Schedule and organize sales meetings and client site inspections.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenues, and client interactions.
  • Track deadlines and follow-ups for proposals and events.

Marketing & Events:

  • Help coordinate and support hotel promotions, marketing campaigns, and on-property events.
  • Prepare marketing materials or sales kits as needed.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, client appreciation events, or site tours.

Guest & Client Relations:

  • Provide excellent service to existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with clients after events or bookings to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate and group clients.
