Summary of the Role

Commercial Director to lead and grow our business operations in TMPI. This role carries full P&L responsibility, overseeing all commercial functions including sales, marketing, business development, and customer success. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the local market and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share.

Key Functions / Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the country's commercial strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes and strategic planning

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive top-line revenue and OP growth through direct and channel sales strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identify channels and products that will drive future growth

Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Oversee local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize campaigns and messaging.
  • Lead development and execution of stand-alone local plans to deliver Sales and OP targets

Customer & Partner Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • In charge of overall portfolio management, including but not limited to execution of on time product launch strategies, pricing, product life-cycle etc
  • Set marketing and sales KPIs, rewards and incentive programs as well as identify training needs
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies.
  • Set and monitor distributor KPIs and ensure alignment of commercial strategies

Functional / Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, ideally in healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippines market landscape.
  • Proven track record in delivering revenue growth and managing P&L.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in [local language] and English.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
