Company Description

We're partnering with a leading IT Services and Consulting company that is strengthening its management team. They are looking for a seasoned accounting & finance professional with strong treasury management expertise who can drive financial strategy, enhance treasury operations, and contribute to the company's growth. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Quezon City, ideal for professionals keen on taking an active leadership position within the organization.

Role Description

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Treasury Manager will lead the organization's treasury and financial management functions, including managing and developing the team. The role is focused on optimizing cash flow, safeguarding company funds, managing investments, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to enable informed strategic decisions.

As a key member of the management team, this position will work closely with senior leadership, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of treasury operations, financial stewardship, and people leadership.

  • Develop and implement treasury policies and strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
  • Monitor daily cash positions, forecast requirements, and ensure adequate funding for operations and capital needs.
  • Manage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee short-term investments in line with policy.
  • Identify and manage financial risks (FX, interest rate) and apply appropriate hedging strategies.
  • Prepare cash flow reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support financing activities, including loans, credit facilities, and debt management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial management.
  • Solid understanding of banking operations, financial markets, and treasury systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in TMS, financial modeling, and MS Office.
  • Demonstrated leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
