Job Summary:

Responsible for managing bank reconciliation processes and supporting end-to-end cash management. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic / Tactical:

  • Oversee end-to-end cash forecasting and fund movements for assigned accounts
  • Process import-related accounts payable based on approved documentation
  • Ensure timely transmission of remittance documents
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, and related financial reports
  • Monitor settlement of importation transactions

Process & Compliance:

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports

  • Comply with internal reporting timelines and statutory requirements
  • Adhere to reconciliation schedules and accommodate process updates as needed

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Participate in training sessions and company-initiated activities
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, and general accounting
  • Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in general ledger accounting and treasury functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across departments
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
