We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Expert to join our team and ensure that our clients achieve maximum value from our product.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Expert, you will manage customer relationships, guide clients through the onboarding process, and ensure seamless product adoption. You will use your expertise to help clients optimize our solutions, while collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication & Relationship Building: Respond to client inquiries promptly, maintaining professionalism and clear communication. Build rapport with clients and manage onboarding.
- Product Expertise & Onboarding: Lead clients through product setup and onboarding, ensuring they understand and utilize all relevant features.
- Execution & Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage a moderate workload, and address blockers proactively.
- Business Acumen: Understand client business needs and demonstrate how Playbook Sports' solutions drive value.
- Team Collaboration: Share knowledge, participate in standups, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in customer success or support, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS industries
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Tools: Proficient with SaaS tools like Front, Slack and Jira (or similar)
- Customer-Centric: Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive customer success.
- Self-Motivated: Strong ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
