ACMobility is looking for a Service Admin Assistant
to support the administrative operations of its Service Workshop. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes by assisting the Aftersales team with documentation, inventory tracking, customer coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including scheduling and filing
  • Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and other documentation
  • Assist in customer inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Monitor inventory of parts, supplies, and tools
  • Process payables and ensure timely payments to suppliers and contractors
  • Prepare reports on service department and personnel performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting

This role reports to the Aftersales Manager or Aftersales Officer and supports the Service Department's operational efficiency.
