Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, warm, and detail-oriented Admin & Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support both administrative operations and client-facing tasks for our growing business. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset and strong organizational skills. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth client interactions, managing daily admin responsibilities, and supporting the team with consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Reminders: Send SMS reminders and follow up with calls when needed.
- Client Calls: Handle inbound leads, deliver outstanding customer service, and provide accurate information about our services.
- Sales Support: Understand pricing, packages, and offers to assist clients and help close sales.
- Issue Resolution: Address concerns and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, client communication, and data entry to maintain smooth operations.
- Client Engagement: Maintain friendly, professional communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication with near-native proficiency.
- Dependability: Punctual, consistent, and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight.
- Warm Personality: Friendly, approachable, and empathetic in client interactions.
- Organizational Excellence: High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Admin Experience: Familiarity with scheduling, CRM tools (preferably Rapid1), and call handling.

- CRM Knowledge: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and managing client data.
