DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates the ingress/egress, non-technical requirements of merchants to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall in accordance with Company standards of safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.
  • Ensures that tenants/merchants comply with set mall operations standards/house rules.
  • Prepares mall management reports and or the documentary requirements.
  • Assists mall management in providing safety and security to the mall employees, mall tenants and customers.
  • Assist concerns of the tenants and relay to specific concerned departments.
  • Facilitates processing of non-technical permits and other mall documentary and compliance requirements.
  • Implement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objectives of maximizing shareholder's return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.
  • Assist mall operations officer in merchant on-boarding from orientation, handing of welcome kit, coordination of pre-construction concerns, plans and timelines.
  • Assist mall operations officer in monitoring tenant/merchant's construction and opening timeline.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any for year business course
  • At least 1-2yrs of experience in Mall Operations
  • Willing to work around Aseana city in Paranaque

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
