Job Overview

  • Responsible to perform gateway processes, day to day operations, shipments movement, shipment and supplies inventory, system compliance, shipment handling, receiving, dispatching and warehouse safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs the cargo receiving, screening and qualifications, cargo proper storage and dispatch for incoming and outgoing shipment.

  • Ensure good performance for internal and external KPI.

  • Performs proper handling and stacking of shipments.

  • Perform and execute standard operating procedure.

  • Performs proper housekeeping of the warehouse, shipment and supplies inventory.

  • Performs safety practices and proper behavior across all areas of the facility.

  • Performs accurate and on time processing of shipments immediately.

  • Adhere to the company values and policies.

  • Ensure all warehouse equipment are used in accordance with the manual and well maintained.

  • Conduct daily floor checking and inventory of stock.

  • Report irregularity or any discrepancy from the shipments received to team leader.

  • Perform other task given by Superior if the personnel is well trained.

Qualifications

  • Under Graduate or Graduate of any four (4) year course.

  • With a minimum of one (2) year experience in warehouse Logistics.

  • Computer literate

  • Knowledge in warehouse operations and processes

  • Can operate forklift and heavy equipment (optional)

  • Willing to extend, change shift and render overtime due to operational requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
