About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to join our growing logistics team in Parañaque. The ideal candidate will help ensure the smooth and efficient flow of delivery operations by providing day to day administrative and operational support to the logistics and dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery schedules and assist in route planning.
  • Monitor and track daily dispatches and delivery statuses.
  • Prepare and process shipment documents, waybills, and delivery receipts.
  • Communicate with drivers, clients, and warehouse personnel regarding deliveries and logistics concerns.
  • Assist in inventory checks and basic warehouse coordination when needed.
  • Support the Operations Supervisor in daily operations Use and navigate computer systems efficiently (inventory, reporting, or administrative tools)

Qualifications:

  • College graduate is a plus but 2-years undergraduate is accepted (any field)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Can collaborate well with team members and cooperate with supervisors
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bicutan, Parañaque
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday, full-time
  • Fast learner, especially with digital tools or computer systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer systems including inventory management, reporting, and administrative tools is required
