Customer Service Executive
supports customers by answering questions and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for customers and merchants and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
We are looking for:
- Someone who can start asap
- Willing to work on-site (4 days), and remote (1 day)
- Can work on shifting schedule between 9am to 10pm
- Open to fresh grads & undergrads
