Job Description

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients over the phone, introducing our pharmaceutical products, and identifying qualified leads for our sales team. You'll play a vital role in driving our business growth through effective communication and follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads using provided or self-sourced data.
• Introduce and promote pharmaceutical products to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and communicate how our products can meet them.
• Record call details, feedback, and lead status accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Filipino.
• Confident phone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain motivation.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Cavite and start immediately.
