Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder of any course (open to fresh grads and career shifters)
• With or without sales experience (we provide training)
• Strong character and integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated, driven, passionate, and goal-oriented
• Flexible, hybrid setup (office / site / work from home)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell high-end Megaworld properties
• Represent the company in client meetings and events
• Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, showroom manning, and open-house events
• Conduct professional presentations on projects and opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Meet sales targets and performance goals (monthly / quarterly)

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Allowance: Php 14,000 – Php 32,000* (exclusive of taxes, based on performance/position)
• Commissions: 2% – 4% per sale (exclusive of taxes)
• Promotion Opportunities: Get promoted once, twice, or even thrice in a year based on performance
• Unlimited Income Potential: No cap on number of units/lots you can sell
