About the role

We are seeking an experienced Distributor Specialist / Coordinator to join our team in Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the distribution and logistics of our McCormick product line, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaise with distributors and coordinate product deliveries to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Analyse distribution data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Identify and resolve any distribution-related issues or bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide distribution support and address customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a distributor coordination or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with distributors, customers, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
